Northern Refrigeration and Catering Equipment were proud to be working with a long standing client of ours who had a bespoke requirement for their project.
Throughout the project we were working very close to the architects and interior designers to ensure the end result was exactly what they were expecting but as you can see from the photos it clearly did.
The project comprised of bespoke semi commercial stainless steel kitchen units for a heavy use domestic area which were produced identically for all five floors. A bespoke front of house counter with bright polished copper frontages and serve over shelf, Zimbabwe black granite worktops and black gloss cabinetry underneath with voids to house various pieces of equipment. Lastly a bespoke floor to ceiling bright polished copper wall with back lit LED lighting to the reception area, a high finish feature wall to view when you step in through the front doors.
Copper is a material we had little experience working with, but we reveled at the chance to produce something unique and attention grabbing. As you can see from the pictures below, our fabrication and polishing team managed to produce a flawless end product that really sparkles and sets this front of house area apart from the crowd.
We managed to take away some valuable lessons in working with more malleable materials that we can now apply to future jobs in order to integrate metals such as copper that are seldom seen and really take the aesthetics of a job to the next level.
